Each of these come in a lovely canvas bag with printing on both sides. These are made of aluminum, corresponding chakra colors, and have their own mallet.

Excellent for balancing the body and the auric field, thymus, glands, heart, lungs, allergies, relationship problems

I enjoy using my set in conjunction with appropriate crystals and chakras. I only use a full set once a week because I find that it is very strong and I have detox symptoms the next day. It is a little less than before. I do practice Kundalini yoga every day, so I will pick one tuning fork to work with daily, and then once weekly I use the full set.
